This book tells a story of 2 people that were "meant" to be together, although we sometimes don't get everything we want in life. Beautifully told, romance. I finished it very quickly, couldn't put it down. It just has some very real life lessons in it also, where it describes real people with real life choices and which one you choose leads you down a certain road where you might question yourself "Would I have been better off choosing the other road"? I recommend this book but get the tissues ready!Product details

The story was awesome! I especially loved the ending; real tear jerker and very satisfying. It was extremely beautiful. The characters were very alive for me and I enjoyed their transition from the beginning of the story to the end. They really drew me in. A very dynamic and interesting journey of love. I really enjoyed it.
This was a sweet read. A little too predictable and sweet at times, but nice reading, anyway. I enjoyed it, but maybe cause of my age. LOL
As other reviewers have stated, this is the best love story I've read to date. The two central characters, Catherine and Leo and what happens to them over the years are realistically portrayed. Their love story is one that will keep you turning pages to find out what happens. I love the way the author set the book to match each season with the age of the main characters.
The ending is the best part.
The book itself is a quick read; you get so involved that you lose track of time. At least that what happened to me.
Pick up the book. You will not be disappointed.
Childhood friends which turned out to be love as they got older. When her father interfered they lost track of each other. Many years later they found each other. Interesting story.
Remington's love story is one I think almost anyone with some life experience can identify with. Her style is fairy tale-romantic but the story contains much more hard truth than other stories in this genre.
Catherine and Leo aren't just two fantastically wonderful people that overcome circumstances. They're two human beings with human weaknesses and flaws that are all too common. And neither play the role of good guy or bad guy in Four Seasons of Romance.
Fairy tale romances don't happen. But the reality, when portrayed in such a deeply moving way, can be even more magical.
Remington's prose is not always inspired, but her understanding of the heart--and how it evolves over the course of a lifetime--is.
Loved the book - characters are so real. I laughed and cried for them and with them. Hope all of Rachel's books are as good.
This book immediately gave me nostalgia for Nicholas Sparks' The Notebook. At times I found myself envisioning Catherine and Leo as Allie and Noah. However, I loved Four Seasons of Romance a lot more. I found a lot more depth to the characters here. What I loved about the characters is that, they seemed a lot more relative than most romance novel characters.
I would really love it if this book was made into a movie. It should be!!
