This was one of the first books I've read after the unexpected death of my own young son in a car accident. The author and mother of daughter, Courtney - Susan Evans - has eloquently expressed the same experiences and feelings that I had and still currently face. She has done so honestly and bravely. Her journey's expression makes me feel less alone.It doesn't take a lot of time to read the 40 pages of this book, but if you are a survivor of the most painful event that life can offer - the death of your child - the pages will be devoured and clung to as very meaningful, important and deep. The words become a life-line of sorts, almost as a way to try to make sense of your own suffering. If you are a mother, you will especially be able to relate.
